The Beard Septic Pumping Promise

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Dependable Scheduling

You have better things to do than wonder whether help is on the way. We take your appointment seriously, send status updates, and communicate changes.

Respect for Your Property

A dirty job is no excuse for a careless visit. We coordinate truck placement and tank access around your needs and bring smaller equipment when needed.

The Price We Agreed To

You should know what you're paying for. We explain the work and price, identify likely extras up front, and get your approval before doing additional work.

Thorough Pumping

We pay attention to your septic system's layout, access points, and visible concerns to help you understand what's being serviced and what may need attention next.

Residential Septic Services Near San Antonio, TX

Due for septic pumping?

Get residential septic pumping and tank cleaning for conventional and aerobic systems. We remove accumulated liquid, solids, and sludge, with the tank layout and service scope understood before we begin. You don't need a complete service history to start the conversation.

Can't find your tank?

You shouldn't have to solve an access problem before asking for help. We offer septic tank locating and riser installation. Risers make future tank access easier and can reduce the need for digging. We'll explain the options and quote any locating, excavation, or riser work separately.

Need a repair?

When the problem calls for major repairs, drain-field work, installation, or another trade, we'll explain the next step and refer work outside our scope to trusted contractors. We won't recommend a pump-out as the answer to every septic problem.

Clear Answers About Your Septic Tank

You deserve more than "it's done."

We use a Sludge Judge to assess accumulated solids, and explain visible conditions in your tank. That means we can have a conversation about the actual state of your system. Ask about before-and-after photos for your pump-out, too. Seeing what was found and what was completed can make the service easier to understand.

Common Questions About Beard Septic Pumping

How much does septic tank pumping cost?

For our Grand Opening October 15th through October 31st, 2026, residential septic pumping in Guadalupe County starts at $415 for up to 1,000 gallons, plus $0.30 for each gallon over 1,000. Pricing outside of Guadalupe County starts at $475. Tank locating, excavation, risers, repairs, after-hours services, and other work outside the pump-out scope are quoted separately. Call or text for a quote. We confirm the scope and price before work begins.

The EPA says household septic tanks are typically pumped every three to five years. That range is a starting point, not a schedule for every home. Your timing depends on tank size, household size, water usage, and buildup. Some systems need more frequent attention. We’ll be happy to make a recommendation for your unique septic situation.

We can help with tank locating and routine access work. Existing plans or permits are helpful, but not knowing the tank location shouldn't stop you from getting help. Locating, excavation, and riser work are quoted separately from pumping.

Beard Septic Pumping provides residential pumping for conventional and aerobic septic systems. Let us know about multiple tanks or compartments and any alarms or pump concerns.

It depends on the cause. Pumping may help when accumulated waste is part of the problem, but backups can also involve plumbing, pumps, electrical components, tank damage, or the drain field. We'll explain visible findings and recommend the appropriate next step rather than promise that a pump-out will fix everything.

Same-day emergency service may be available. Call to check the current schedule and let us know whether your request is routine or urgent. Availability depends on staffing, location, tank access, and the scope of work.

Ready to schedule your septic pump-out?

You don't need to know everything about your tank. You just need a clear next step and a company that takes the job seriously. Beard Septic Pumping respects your time, your property, and the price you agreed to. Call or text to talk through the service, the schedule, and the price.
